FRS Training Updates
As each industry works on their unique ‘return to work’ plan, there are many guidelines and procedures at play that need to be put in place. Navigating what needs to be done can be challenging to many, so we have brought in the expert tutors to help you though the process and get all back to work safely.
The FRS Training COVID-19 Lead Worker Representative Course is designed for Lead Worker Representatives, Managers and COVID-19 Compliance Officers who require the knowledge and skills to design and implement their Return to Work Plans including hygiene and respiratory arrangements, social distancing, close working, PPE and First Aid.
The course gives an overview of the Return to Work Safely Protocol guidance document issued by the Government of Ireland. This sets out how to identify requirements, plan and implement processes and monitor adherence to the measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and management of a suspected case.

Who should attend?
This course is aimed at Employers, Managers, COVID-19 Compliance Officers and Lead Worker Representatives who require information and practical guidance on controls to comply with COVID-19 infection prevention measures and will adhere to the training requirements for employers set out in the COVID-19 Return to Work Safely Protocol. The course can be attended by learners working in the manufacturing, service, construction, retail, government, local authority and industrial sectors.
Course Delivery:
This course is delivered live via online webinar with an experienced trainer who has relevant industry experience. Our trainer is available online after the training for anyone who has further queries or requires assistance. On completion of the live online session participants will be required to complete a Multiple-Choice Questionnaire on the link that will be sent via email after the training session. On successful completion and submission of the questionnaire, participants will receive an FRS Training Certificate.
